The main goal of the workshop was to teach the participants the most basic elements and principles in graphic design, provide an opportunity not only to learn but also to practice newly obtained skills and raise awareness about self-care using artistic tools. The participants were able to make a variety of different posters on a mental health topic, display their ideas in art, improve their creativity, and learn more about a career in graphic design
Spending time for creative activities positively affects our mental health. It is important to take time for our hobbies and do something artistic in the midst of our busy routine. Graphic design is considered one of the top skills that are demanded in the market nowadays. It can also influence our mental wellbeing by boosting creativity and helping us express our ideas to the world.
