The main goal of the workshop was to teach participants the most basic elements and principles of graphic design, provide an opportunity not only to learn but also to practice their newly acquired skills, and raise awareness about self-care through artistic means. Participants were able to create a variety of posters on the topic of mental health, express their ideas through art, enhance their creativity, and learn more about careers in graphic design

Graphic design is considered one of the most in-demand skills in today’s job market. It can also enhance our mental well-being by boosting creativity and helping us express our ideas to the world.
