For me, Abundant Life is about fulfillment and the courage to speak up. Life is not in vain! When it comes to what I believe, the Creator has given everyone hope and freedom. That is why I want to share this message and help others see the meaning in life. Abundant Life is a space to create opportunities for volunteers with big hearts and to draw society’s attention and care to those who need that help. I work in the field of mental health—I am a medical psychologist. However, I want to address mental health issues before they become entrenched. For this reason, we strive to bring about change, educate other professionals, reduce the stigma surrounding mental health, and contribute to fostering emotional maturity by working with young people.
